Das kannst du bewirken

- Als zentrale Anlaufstelle im Leitstand überwachst du die systemischen Logistikprozesse und stellst eine reibungslose sowie effiziente Abwicklung sicher.

- Eingehende Tickets werden von dir bearbeitet, Störungen analysiert und passende Massnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit den betroffenen Stellen koordiniert.

- Die Informations- und Kommunikationsflüsse zwischen den operativen Bereichen steuerst du aktiv und sorgst für eine schnelle, lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung.

- Störungen sowie deren Bearbeitung dokumentierst du sorgfältig im Ticketsystem und gewährleistest eine lückenlose Nachverfolgung.

- Bei dringenden Anliegen unterstützt du die Koordination und stellst sicher, dass die richtigen Stellen zeitnah informiert und eingebunden sind.

Das bringst du mit

- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Zudem bringst du idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Leitstand oder in einer koordinativen Funktion mit.

- Der sichere Umgang mit MS-Office sowie Kenntnisse in einem LVS und/oder MFS-System gehören zu deinen Stärken.

- Analytisches und vernetztes Denken helfen dir, auch komplexe Situationen schnell zu erfassen und zielführende Lösungen zu entwickeln.

- Du arbeitest zuverlässig, bleibst auch unter Druck belastbar und behältst in hektischen Situationen den Überblick.

- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
