Mitarbeiter/in Lohn\- und Personaladministration (100%) =======================================================

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie haben die Verantwortung der gesamten Lohnadministration für einen zugeteilten Bereich
  • Sie sind Anlaufstelle bei Fragen zur Lohnabrechnung und zu Sozialversicherungen für Mitarbeitende
  • Sie unterstützen die administrativen Tätigkeiten der dezentral tätigen HR\-Verantwortlichen in sämtlichen Personalprozessen
  • Die Erfassung und Pflege von Lohn\- und Personalstammdaten im SAP HR\-Modul zählen zu Ihren täglichen Arbeiten
  • Sie tätigen diverse Aufgaben rund um die Zeitwirtschaft
  • Sie sind zuständig für Abklärungen im Bereich der Sozialversicherungen und Quellensteuer

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Eine zusätzliche Weiterbildung im Bereich Lohn\- oder Personaladministration ist erwünscht
  • Sie bringen Praxiserfahrung in den aufgeführten Aufgabenfeldern mit
  • Gute IT\-Benutzerkenntnisse, insbesondere in modernen, zukunftsorientierten HR\-Tools sowie SAP sind von Vorteil
  • Eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, digitale Kompetenz sowie ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen zeichnen Sie aus
  • Routineaufgaben lösen Sie professionell, anspruchsvolle Aufgaben gehen Sie motiviert an
  • Sie stehen Veränderungen offen gegenüber und sind bereit, den Wandel und die Digitalisierung innerhalb HR mitzugestalten
  • Sie sind eine kommunikative, kollegiale und engagierte Persönlichkeit
  • Belastbarkeit und eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung runden ihr Profil ab
