Mitarbeiter/in Medizinischer Dienst (Pensum 60%) Das sind Ihre Aufgaben Ausführen medizinischer und pflegerischer Tätigkeiten inkl. Medikamentenabgabe Durchführung und Unterstützung bei hygienischen Pflegemassnahmen Erfassen und Dokumentieren des Allgemeinzustandes der Klient:innen Ansprech\- und Vertrauensperson bei gesundheitsrelevanten Themen Organisieren von Arzt\- und Therapieterminen Fachgerechter Umgang mit herausfordernden Situationen und deeskalierendes Handeln Das ist Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung EFZ im Gesundheitsbereich (z.B.
