Da wir kräftig wachsen, suchen wir Verstärkung für unsere Vorsorgestiftungen an unserem Hauptsitz beim Paradeplatz in Zürich.

Das erwartet dich bei uns

  • Du bearbeitest selbstständig und qualitativ anspruchsvoll die vielfältigen Geschäftsfälle im Bereich der aktiven Versicherten unserer Sammelstiftungen und stellst eine korrekte, effiziente und termingerechte Abwicklung sicher.
  • Du berätst Versicherte und Arbeitgeber kompetent zu Vorsorgethemen und unterstützt sie bei komplexen Fragestellungen rund um die berufliche Vorsorge.
  • Du bearbeitest anspruchsvolle schriftliche und telefonische Anfragen von Kundinnen und Kunden selbstständig, und effizient und trägst damit wesentlich zu einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit bei.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv in Projekten mit, bringst eigene Ideen ein und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unserer Dienstleistungen und Prozesse.
  • Je nach Engagement, Interesse und Entwicklung übernimmst du schrittweise persönliche Fachverantwortung und positionierst dich als interne Fachperson.

Das bringst du mit

  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der beruflichen Vorsorge, idealerweise im Umfeld von Sammelstiftungen
  • Fachliche Weiterbildungen wie beispielsweise der Fachausweis Sozialversicherungen oder Fachmann/\-frau Personalvorsorge von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Fachthemen aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute ösisch\- und/oder Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
