Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten beim Eintritt wie auch während des ganzen Aufenthaltes bis zum Austritt.
  • Persönliche Beratung bei der ü\- und Getränkewahl nach medizinischen Richtlinien und Bestellung via iPad.
  • Administrative Aufgaben wie Bestellung von Stationsbedarf.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Reinigung, Pflege, Küche, Transport und anderen Schnittstellen.
  • Verantwortlich für das Einhalten der vorgegebenen Qualitäts\- und Hygienestandards.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Hotel\- oder Restaurationsfachperson EFZ und/oder Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie
  • Versiert im Umgang mit üblichen MS\-Office Anwendungen und im Umgang mit Kunden/Gästen/Patienten
  • Bereitschaft zum unregelmässigen Einsatz im \- und Spätdienst während folgenden Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis inkl. Feiertagen, zwischen 07:00 und 20:00
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch\- und PC\-Kenntnisse Hohe
  • Dienstleistungsorientierung und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgewiesene Spitalerfahrung von Vorteil
  • Teamplayer mit gepflegten Umgangsformen
