Gemeinsam an der Zukunft bauen

Bei uns gibt es viel zu tun

  • Abwechslungsreiche Arbeiten im Zementwerk, z. B. im Bereich Reinigung, Arbeiten mit Baumaschinen, Stapler usw.
  • Mitarbeit bei Anlagen\-, Jahres\- und Ofenrevisionen
  • Befüllen der Rohmaterialhalle nach Vorgaben
  • Tätigkeiten rund um die Reifenannahme (Pneubagger, Radlader)
  • Annahme diverser Betriebsstoffe und deren Einlagerung in Silos oder Bahnkesselwagen
  • Übernahme von kleineren administrativen Aufgaben im Betriebsalltag
  • Zum Teil Piketteinsätze am Wochenende

So mischen Sie bei uns mit

  • Ausbildung im technischen oder handwerklichen Bereich
  • Freude an praktischer Arbeit und ein gutes technisches Verständnis, gute Auffassungsgabe
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung (z. B. Gefahrengutannahme)
  • Freude am bedienen von verschiedenen Fahrzeugen wie Radlader, Stapler, Pneubagger, mobile Staubsauganlage usw.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Bereitschaft zum Engagement in der betriebseigenen Feuerwehr
