Arbeitsort Oensingen Wir entwickeln, produzieren und vertreiben keramische Zahnimplantate. Für unser Team in Oensingen suchen wir eine zuverlässige Person mit Schwerpunkt Lagerbewirtschaftung und Lagerverwaltung, die bei Bedarf die Produktion unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben

Lagerbewirtschaftung und Lagerverwaltung • Waren und Begleitunterlagen beim Eingang nach festgelegten Vorgaben prüfen und die Ergebnisse dokumentieren • Materialien und Produkte kennzeichnen und fachgerecht lagern; Chargen, Lagerstatus und Lagerplätze nachvollziehbar verwalten • Wareneingänge, Lagerbewegungen und Warenausgänge im ERP-System erfassen und die Rückverfolgbarkeit sicherstellen • Lagerbestände überwachen, Bestandskontrollen und Inventuren durchführen • Material für die Produktion bereitstellen sowie Aufträge kommissionieren und den Versand vorbereiten Unterstützung in der Produktion • Einfache optische Kontrollen nach festgelegten Vorgaben durchführen • Medizinprodukte unter Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsvorgaben verpacken und kennzeichnen • Bei weiteren Produktions- und Dokumentationsarbeiten mithelfen

Ihr Profil • Ausbildung als Logistiker/in EFZ, Fachrichtung Lager, oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung in der Lagerlogistik; mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise über fünf Jahre • Erfahrung in der Logistiksachbearbeitung von Vorteil • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen oder Bereitschaft, sich sorgfältig einzuarbeiten • Bereitschaft, auch bei optischen Kontrollen und beim Verpacken mitzuarbeiten • Genaue, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Grundkenntnisse in MS Office • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und selbstständiges Arbeiten
