Für die Senevita Lindenbaum in Spreitenbach suchen wir per 01\. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Mitarbeiter/\-in Service und Verpflegungsdienst 100 %

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst sämtliche Serviceaufgaben in unserem Restaurant und Café und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
  • Du betreust die Gäste aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und servierst Speisen und Getränke fachgerecht
  • Bei grösseren Anlässen und Banketten unterstützt du das Team engagiert und tatkräftig
  • Du führst sämtliche Servicearbeiten in den Pflegebereichen fachgerecht und zuverlässig aus
  • Du trägst Mitverantwortung für Sauberkeit und Ordnung in den Aufenthaltsräumen und Speisesälen
  • Du hältst die geltenden Hygienevorschriften konsequent ein
  • Du setzt die geltenden Richtlinien zum Arbeits\- und Gesundheitsschutz zuverlässig um

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Restaurantfachfrau/\-mann EFZ und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Betrieb mit gepflegtem Service, idealerweise in der Hotellerie
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und sehr gute Umgangsformen
  • Diplomatisches und diskretes Auftreten sowie ein gutes Gespür für die Bedürfnisse älterer Menschen
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten, einschliesslich Wochenend\- und Abenddiensten. Die Einsätze erfolgen mehrheitlich im geteilten Dienst
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein gutes Verständnis von Schweizerdeutsch
