Das Kunstmuseum Bern wurde im Geist der Aufklärung des ausgehenden 18\. Jahrhunderts gegründet. Unsere Sammlung umspannt Werke vom Spätmittelalter bis zur Gegenwartskunst und gehört heute zu den bedeutendsten der Schweiz. Unsere Ausstellungsprogramme haben grosse Strahlkraft und verbinden regionale, nationale und globale Perspektiven. Das Zentrum in Bern ist das internationale Kompetenzzentrum für das künstlerische Gesamtwerk von in einem aussergewöhnlichen architektonischen Rahmen. Gleichzeitig ist es ein Ort der interdisziplinären Kunst\- und Kulturvermittlung sowie ein einzigartiges Begegnungs\-, Event\- und Kongresszentrum.

Das ist dein Beitrag

* Betreiben der (Sicherheits\-) Loge, zusammen mit dem Sicherheitsteam, Überwachen des Zugangsbereichs sowie Zuweisen von Personen (Handwerker:innen, Lieferant:innen, usw.) an die verantwortlichen Abteilungen * Öffnen und Schliessen des Hauses * Gemeinsam mit dem Team den Personen\- und Sachwertschutz sicherstellen * Bedienen und Betreuen der internen \-, Einbruch\-, Zutritts\- und Gebäudeleitsysteme * Einleiten der nötigen Schritte in Notfallsituationen * Anpacken bei Veranstaltungen und Unterstützen der Technik\- und Eventorganisation * Allgemeine (administrative) Arbeiten im Facility Management und Schadenmanagement SpezialaufgabenEinsätze im technischen Pikettdienst 7x24 (sechs bis neun Mal pro Jahr; Interventionszeit 30 Minuten)Unterstützen des Teams Gebäudemanagement im operativen Tagesgeschäft

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche/technische Berufsausbildung EFZ
  • Ausgewiesene Erfahrung oder Fachkenntnisse im Sicherheitsbereich erwünscht
  • Flair für technische Anlagen
  • Flexibilität für Einsatzplanung im Ganzjahresbetrieb MO\-SO und an Feiertagen. Ausserdem sind die gewöhnlichen Arbeitsschichten ca. 10\-12 Stunden lang. Dafür wird das Wochenarbeitspensum meist schon in 3 Tagen erreicht.
  • Bewusstsein für die Balance zwischen Gastfreundschaft und Sicherheit
  • Feingefühl im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen (Besucher:innen, Mitarbeitende, VIP\-Gäste usw.)
  • Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Interesse an abwechselnder Front\- und Hintergrundarbeit
  • Gute mündliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Gute Informatikkenntnisse, Vertrautheit mit MS\-Office Produkten
  • Freundliches Auftreten, einwandfreier Leumund, gepflegte Erscheinung
