Die Gemeinde Emmen sucht per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung infolge Wiederbesetzung in der Direktion Finanzen, Immobilien und Sport im Bereich Gebäudemanagement eine engagierte, dienstleistungsorientierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit.

Hier kannst du wirken

  • Mit Hingabe kümmerst du dich um die Pflege und Instandhaltung unserer Sport\- und Grünanlagen und führst vielseitige Umgebungsarbeiten durch
  • Du übernimmst die Wartung und Pflege unserer Sporthallen und Anlagen, einschliesslich Reparatur\- und Servicearbeiten
  • Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Sporthallen und Aussenanlagen stets sauber sind und einen perfekten Eindruck hinterlassen
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Geräte und Maschinen stets reibungslos funktionieren und einsatzbereit sind
  • Du pflegst den Kontakt zu Nutzern wie Vereinen, Schulen und anderen Institutionen

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine technisch\-handwerkliche Ausbildung mit EFZ, vorzugsweise als /\-in EFZ
  • Durch deine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung überzeugst du mit ausgeprägten handwerklichen und technischen Fähigkeiten
  • Du bist flexibel und bereit, dich in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld einzubringen, wobei du einmal wöchentlich für einen Abenddienst (Bereitschaft) und alle fünf Wochen für einen Wochenenddienst zur Verfügung stehst
  • Du bringst Freude am Sport mit und sorgst mit deiner offenen und fröhlichen für eine positive Atmosphäre
  • Du bringst mindestens einen Führerausweis für Traktoren mit
