Lucerne Festival ist ein führender internationaler Musikveranstalter und bietet jährlich ein Festival im Sommer, zwei Kurzfestivals im Frühling und eines im Herbst an. Lucerne Festival zeichnet sich aus durch eine innovative Programmgestaltung, die Präsentation weltberühmter Orchester, Dirigent\innen und Solist\innen, die Integration zeitgenössischer Musik und die Förderung junger Künstler\*innen.

* Per 1\. März 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung möchten wir folgende Position mit einer flexiblen und belastbaren Persönlichkeit besetzen:

Mitarbeiter\*in Verkauf \& Gästeservice 80%

Aufgaben

  • Akquise und Betreuung von verschiedenen Kundengruppen
  • Kartenverkauf, Kundeninformation und Beratung zu Programminhalten im Backoffice und an der Konzertkasse
  • Mitarbeit bei der Abwicklung von Bestellungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Angeboten und deren Verrechnung
  • Administrative Aufgaben im Backoffice (bspw. Tickethandling, Versand, Abrechnungen, Mahnwesen, Pflege der Kundendatenbank)
  • Unterstützung der Leitung Verkauf \& Gästeservice bei der Abwicklung von Kundenrückmeldungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Gästebetreuung vor Ort während der Festivals, inklusive Wochenend\- und Abendeinsätze

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Freude am Aufbauen und Pflegen von neuen Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Sie haben eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, sind teamfähig und belastbar
  • Sie sind selbständiges, strukturiertes und sorgfältiges Arbeiten gewöhnt
  • Sie sind fliessend in Deutsch und wissen sich in Englisch gut auszudrücken, jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
  • Sie bringen gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse mit
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität (saisonale Schwankung) sind für Sie selbstverstä arbeiten gerne in einem dynamischen Festivalbetrieb.
  • Sie begeistern sich für klassische und zeitgenössische Musik
