Für ein etabliertes Schweizer Unternehmen im Linthgebiet suchen wir eine kommunikative und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit für den Verkaufsinnendienst 100%. Es erwartet Sie eine abwechslungsreiche Drehscheibenfunktion mit viel Kundenkontakt, Eigenverantwortung und einer engen Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Abteilungen.

IHRE AUFGABEN: - Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Aufträgen per Telefon, E-Mail und über weitere Kanäle - Betreuung und administrative Verantwortung eines zugeteilten Bereichs im Verkaufsinnendienst - Enger Austausch und Betreuung von Key Accounts - Sicherstellung eines hohen Serviceniveaus und einer professionellen Kundenkommunikation - Bearbeitung und Koordination von Retouren - Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Verkaufsdaten, Konditionenpflege und Stammdatenverwaltung - Mitarbeit bei internen Projekten - Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen wie Produktion, Einkauf, Aussendienst und Kundendienst - Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse im Verkaufsinnendienst

IHR PROFIL: - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion - Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch; Italienisch von Vorteil - Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen und MS Office - Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten - Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise - Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit verschiedenen internen Ansprechpartnern - Hohe Eigenmotivation und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
