Die Rudolf Krenger AG ist dein Schweizer Partner für Berufs- und Arbeitsbekleidung – seit 1968. Als inhabergeführtes Familienunternehmen in dritter Generation stehen wir für Qualität, Nähe zum Kunden und persönliche Beratung mit Handschlagqualität. Rund 44 Mitarbeitende sind in Wiedlisbach und im Aussendienst in der ganzen Schweiz für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden aus Landwirtschaft, Handwerk, Forst und Gewerbe im Einsatz.

Neben unserem Sortiment bieten wir Dienstleistungen, die uns besonders machen: Unser Wäscheservice holt Arbeitskleidung in der ganzen Schweiz ab und bringt sie sauber zurück – vom Landwirtschaftsbetrieb bis zum Grosskonzern. Und auf Wunsch veredeln wir Kleider mit Firmenlogo oder Namen.

Für unser Team in Wäscherei und Druckerei suchen wir eine zuverlässige, praktisch veranlagte Persönlichkeit als: Mitarbeiter/in Wäscherei & Druckerei (60–80 %, im Stundenlohn)

Deine Aufgaben Wäscherei • Annahme, Kontrolle und Sortieren der Kundenwäsche (Arbeits- und Berufsbekleidung) • Vorbehandeln, Waschen, Trocknen, Bügeln und Falten – auch bei hartnäckigen Verschmutzungen • Qualitätskontrolle der gewaschenen Kleider und kleine Ausbesserungen (z. B. Knöpfe ersetzen) • Zuordnen, Etikettieren und Bereitstellen der Wäsche für die Rücklieferung • Ordnung und Sauberkeit in der Wäscherei sowie Pflege der Maschinen

Druckerei • Bedrucken von Berufs- und Freizeitbekleidung mit Firmenlogos, Schriftzügen und Namen gemäss freigegebenem «Gut zum Druck» • Vorbereiten der Aufträge: Ware bereitstellen, Druckpositionen festlegen, Material und Maschinen einrichten • Kontrolle der fertigen Artikel auf Qualität und Vollständigkeit und Übergabe an den Versand • Bewirtschaften des Verbrauchsmaterials und Melden von Nachbestellungen

Allgemein • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Versand, Logistik und Administration, damit Kundenaufträge termingerecht beim Kunden ankommen • Mithilfe in angrenzenden Bereichen wie dem Versand in Spitzenzeiten

Dein Profil • Erfahrung in einer Wäscherei, Textilreinigung, im Textildruck oder in der Produktion – Quereinsteiger/innen mit handwerklichem Geschick sind herzlich willkommen • Sorgfältige, saubere und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit einem guten Auge fürs Detail • Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Freude an körperlicher Arbeit • Teamgeist und Flexibilität bei wechselndem Arbeitsvolumen • Gute Deutschkenntnisse; Grundkenntnisse am Computer von Vorteil
