Mal in Folge erzielten wir gar die Bestnote in der Kategorie «Professional Search». Domiziliert in Zürich, Chur und Vaduz \- und tätig für Sie in der gesamten Deutschschweiz und Liechtenstein.

Für unseren Kunden, ein national tätiges KMU im Finanzwesen bei Thalwil, suchen wir per November und mehrere kundenorientierte und kommunikationsfreudige Persönlichkeiten als:

Kundenberater in Home Office (m/w/d, 100%)

Arbeiten Sie gerne von zu Hause? Sprechen Sie fliessend Deutsch und ösisch? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig!

Für einen mehrmonatigen temporären Einsatz ab Oktober, November oder Dezember 2026 suchen wir motivierte und engagierte Persönlichkeiten im Bereich Kundendienst.

Ihr interessanter Tätigkeitsbereich umfasst u.a.:

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden am Telefon
  • Erfassung und Mutation von Kundendaten
  • Bearbeitung und Verfassen von E\-Mails
  • Allg. administrative Arbeiten
  • Pflege von Stammdaten in diversen Datenbanken

Für diese Position bringen Sie folgendes Profil mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Handelsschule, Matura oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Kundendienst, Callcenter, Beratung oder Verkauf
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse, Italienisch und Englisch von Vorteil
  • verfügbar ab Oktober, November oder Dezember 2026 für 3 Wochen Einarbeitung zu 100%
  • Zeitliche Flexibilität zwischen 07\.00 \- 23\.00 von Mo \- So (Ihre Wünsche werden natürlich berücksichtigt)
