In dieser Stelle bist Du verantwortlich für die termingerechte Abwicklung von Versandaufträgen für Muster, inklusive Koordination und Organisation von eingehenden sowie ausgehenden Sendungen zwischen Quality Assurance (QA) und unseren Kunden weltweit. Die vollständige Liste unserer globalen Leistungen finden Sie auch unter: Benefits - Visp Deine Aufgaben: Koordination der logistischen Aufgaben zwischen Logistik und den internen- wie externen Auftraggebern Verantwortlich für die Entgegennahme von Versandaufträgen und deren termingerechte und korrekte Vorbereitung, Abwicklung sowie der Organisation des physischen Versands (Labeling / Endverpackung / Dokumentation) Vorstellen unserer Standardabläufe bei Kickoff-Meetings mit unseren Kunden und PMs Erfolgreiche Teilnahme an den regulatorisch vorgeschriebenen Kursen zum -CBTA IATA- Laufende Überprüfung der internen Versandprozesse inkl. der korrekten Umsetzung von internen und bereichsübergreifend Optimierungsmöglichkeiten Dein Anforderungsprofil: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische, logistische (bevorzugt Logistikfachmann/frau) oder CPT Berufsausbildung mit eidg. Fähigkeitsausweis und hast idealerweise bereits 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Pharmaunternehmen Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung mit SAP EWM / WM / MM Du bist flexibel, kommunikativ, belastbar und zuverlässig Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
