Als Mitarbeiter Marketing (w/m/d) sorgst du mit kreativen Ideen, organisatorischem Geschick und viel Freude am Umgang mit Menschen dafür, dass unsere Bank sichtbar, erlebbar und nahbar bleibt. Von Social Media über Sponsoring bis hin zu Veranstaltungen und Kampagnen wirkst du in einem vielseitigen Aufgabengebiet mit und bringst deine eigenen Ideen ein.

Was erwartet dich? ##

  • Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Marketing-, Kommunikations- und Vertriebsmassnahmen
  • Du wirkst bei Kundenanlässen, Mitglieder-Events und Sponsoringaktivitäten von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung mit
  • Du betreust unsere Website und Social-Media-Kanäle mit und entwickelst diese weiter
  • Du gestaltest Inhalte und Marketingunterlagen für Online- und Offline-Kanäle
  • Du arbeitest mit internen Fachbereichen, Agenturen und externen Partnern zusammen und trägst zu einem professionellen Marktauftritt bei
  • Du hilfst mit, positive Kundenerlebnisse entlang der gesamten Customer Journey zu schaffen

Was bringst du mit? ##

  • Kaufmännische Grundbildung oder Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Mediamatik oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit Menschen zusammen, kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe und schaffst es, andere für gemeinsame Vorhaben zu begeistern
  • Freude daran, Projekte zu organisieren und verschiedene Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu koordinieren.
  • Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Freude am Verfassen verständlicher und ansprechender Texte
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Marketing-, Kommunikations- oder Eventbereich sind von Vorteil, aber nicht Voraussetzung
  • Kenntnisse in Grafik-, Content- oder Web-Tools (z.B. Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Canva o.ä.) sind ein Plus
