Mitarbeiter technische Administration/Auftragsbearbeitung (m/w/d) -----------------------------------------------------------------

Wir suchen eine motivierte Personen mit Organisationstalent, praktischer Erfahrung und einer selbständigen und sehr zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise.

Aufgabengebiet --------------

  • Entgegennahme und Kontrolle der Aufträge
  • Versand der Auftragsbestätigungen
  • Kommunikation mit den Kunden, Weiterleitung an Ingenieue bei technischen Fragen
  • Einpflegen der bestellen Ware in unser ERP\-System
  • Informationsfluss sicherstellen zwischen Produktions\- und Ingenieurteams, Vorbereitung Produktionsplanung
  • Überwachung der Produktionstermine
  • Rechnungsstellung
  • Organisation des Versands, Erstellen der CoCs, Lieferpapier und Exportpapiere
  • Information der Kunden
  • Zusammenstellen und archivieren der Produktionsdokumentation
  • Controlling und vorbereiten der Kennzahlen
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung

Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen -------------------------------

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im (technischen) kaufmännischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sie beherrschen die deutsche Sprache und können sich mündlich und schriftlich gut und verständlich ausdrücken
  • Dank Ihren guten Englischkenntnisse können Sie problemlos mit unseren internationalen Kunden schriftlich und mündlich kommunizieren. Auch komplexe englischsprachige Dokumente verstehen Sie problemlos
  • Sie haben gute bis sehr gute PC\-Kenntnisse
  • Sie sind bereit, sich in neue Computerprogramme einzuarbeiten (Thunderbird, LibreOffice, ERP)
  • Sie arbeiten sowohl gerne eigenständig als auch im Team
  • Sie verzweifeln auch bei komplexen Abläufen nicht, geben nicht schnell auf und kümmern sich selbständig um Hilfe bei Kollegen und Vorgesetzten, um ein Problem zu lösen
  • Sie haben Organisationstalent und legen Wert auf eine saubere und systematische Dokumentation
