Was du bei uns bewegen kannst -----------------------------

  • Teileprofi \& Kundenberater/-in:Du bedienst und berätst unsere internen und externen Kunden im Shop und am Telefon freundlich, kompetent und lösungsorientiert. Zudem bist du die Anlaufstelle für Preis-, Teile-, Reifen- und Räderanfragen und erstellst passende Offerten
  • Beschaffungs- \& Auftragsabwicklungs-Spezialist/-in:Du beschaffst Ersatz-, Zubehörteile sowie Werkzeuge und Betriebsmittel aus dem Zentrallager und bei externen Lieferanten. Zudem bearbeitest du Bestellungen, bereitest Werkstatt- und Reparaturaufträge vor und sorgst für eine termingerechte Abwicklung
  • Lager- \& Reifenhotel-Koordinator/-in: Du stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Lager sicher, koordinierst die Ein- und Auslagerung im Reifenhotel und gewährleistest die korrekte Erfassung sowie Nachverfolgung von Rädern, Reifen und Lagerbewegungen im System
  • Support-Partner/-in mit technischem Flair:Du unterstützt unsere Werkstatt und weitere Abteilungen mit deinem Fachwissen, berätst bei technischen Fragestellungen und trägst zu effizienten Abläufen bei
  • Organisationstalent mit Überblick:Auch in hektischen Situationen behältst du den Überblick, koordinierst verschiedene Aufgaben gleichzeitig und sorgst für eine lückenlose Dokumentation sowie zuverlässige Prozesse

Das bringst du mit ------------------

  • Fachausbildung mit Know-how:Du hast eine abgeschlossene Lehre als Detailhandelsfachmann/-frau EFZ im Bereich Autoteile-Logistik
  • Digitaler Drahtzieher/-in: Du bringst fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse mit und gehst sicher mit modernen IT-Tools um
  • Teamplayer/-in mit Haltung:Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist kommunikativ und bringst eine positive, lösungsorientierte Einstellung mit
  • Kundenversteher/-in mit Struktur:Hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie eine exakte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus
  • Sprachtalent mit technischem Gespür:Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse helfen dir, mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen souverän zu kommunizieren
