Mitarbeiter Verkaufsinnendienst / Kundendienst (m/w/d) 100%

  • Professionelle Fachberatung und Betreuung unserer Kunden via Telefon und Email bei Fragen zu Sortiment und Bestellabwicklungen
  • Erstellung von Offerten sowie technische Prüfung von Aufträgen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Administration von Bestellungen (Anpassungen, Stornierungen, Statusauskünfte)
  • Bearbeitung des Reklamationswesens in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und Lieferanten
  • Dokumentation der Kundenanliegen im ERP\-System

Das Profil, das uns glücklich macht:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische, technische oder gewerbliche Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Background als Sanitärinstallateur
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung oder Kundenbetreuung in einem technischen Umfeld
  • Stilsichere Kommunikation in Deutsch, gute Kenntnisse in ösisch und Englisch von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise und sicherer Umgang mit IT\-Systemen
  • Teamfähige und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einem freundlichen, sicheren Auftreten
  • Verantwortungsvolle und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise und Ehrgeiz, aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung von REUTER mitzuwirken
