Hintergrund: Das Leistungsmodul Logistic Solutions Basel \& Kaiseraugst bietet geschäftliche Serviceleistungen, stellt qualitativ hochstehende, kosteneffiziente Angebote zur Verfügung und erkennt Trends frühzeitig. Der einfache und unkomplizierte Zugang zu den verschiedenen Services für alle Mitarbeitenden ist ein zentrales Anliegen. Den unterschiedlichen Ansprüchen begegnen wir mit Expertise und sorgen für operative Entlastung, effektive Nutzung der vorhandenen Assets sowie regelkonforme Vorgehensweisen. Logistic Solutions kümmert sich um Güter und Sendungen, die aufs Areal kommen, hier gelagert und verteilt werden oder den Standort verlassen. Als Mitarbeiter/in Warehouse Operational Services in Basel bist Du für die operativen Abläufe im Logistikzentrum Bau 41 tätig. Die Aufgaben umfassen die Abwicklung von Exportaufträgen, Vernichtungen und Portionierungen verschiedener Produkte.

Der oder die perfekte Kandidat:in verfügt über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Logistiker EFZ, einen gültigen Flurfördermittelschein sowie über 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Pharmalogistik. Sehr gute PC\- und Deutschkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.

Aufgaben \& Verantwortlichkeiten: • Verantwortlich für die korrekte operative Abwicklung der Prozesse (Export / Vernichtung / Portionierung) unter Einhaltung der Compliance Vorgaben (GMP, Gefahrgut etc.) • Eigenständige Durchführung von Vernichtungsaufträgen • Eigenständige Durchführung von Versand\- und Kommissionierungsaufträgen (Export) • Eigenständige Durchführung von Portionierungen von Edukten und Produkten • Eigenständige Durchführung von Buchungen in diversen SAP\-Systemen und im BLS • Vorbereiten und Kontrollieren der Dokumente für die Reinigungen der Kabinen, den Prozess Portionierung und die Versand\- und Kommissionierungsaufträge (Export) gemäss GMP • Mithilfe bei Instandhaltungsarbeiten, Identifikation und Behebung von Störungen • Proaktive Mitwirkung bei Prozessoptimierungen, Qualitätsverbesserungen und der Überarbeitung von Vorgabedokumenten • Bei Bedarf Gruppenübergreifende Unterstützung innerhalb von Logistic Solutions • Fachliche Unterstützung bei Audits und Inspektionen • Kontakt zu den Betrieben, Einkäufern, Entsorgungsbetrieben und Werkstätten pflegen • Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften und GMP\-Anweisungen • Sicherstellung der effizienten und kundengerechten Leistungserbringung

Must\-haves: • Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist (EFZ) or equivalent. • Completed forklift operator's license. • Excellent PC skills (SAP, Office, and other applications) • 3 years of professional experience in logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector • Excellent written and spoken skills are required • business acumen, service\-oriented, and highly flexible • High degree of structured and independent work style • Strong customer focus, professional and proactive approach to all stakeholders • Structured, focused, and organized work style, assertive, motivated, independent, and resilient.

Nice to have: • Training in the field of dangerous goods • written and spoken English skills • Experience in GMP/GDP environments
