Als einer der grössten Frauendachverbände der Schweiz setzt sich der SBLV mit seinen 28 Mitgliedorganisationen in allen Kantonen und Sprachregionen seit 1932 für die Anliegen und Rechte von Frauen und Familien im ländlichen Raum ein.

Wir, die Frauen vom Land. .

Gemeinsam sind wir das Netzwerk der Frauen vom Land und geben rund 50'000 Bäuerinnen und Landfrauen aus allen Kantonen und Sprachregionen eine Stimme.

Kompetent setzen wir uns für die attraktive Bildung Bäuerin / bäuerlicher Haushaltleiter ein, stärken die Frauen vom Land und fördern die Kompetenzen rund Ernährung, Hauswirtschaft und Alltagsmanagement.

Engagiert vertreten wir die Interessen der Frauen vom Land. Seit 1932 setzen wir uns für die berufliche, wirtschaftliche und soziale Stellung der Bäuerin und der Frau vom Land ein.

Wir suchen per Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Mitarbeiterin Gremien \& Kommunikation 40 % -----------------------------------------------

Ihre vielfältigen Aufgaben

  • Sie bereiten die Sitzungen der Gremien vor, führen Protokoll und arbeiten eng mit der Geschäftsführerin und dem Präsidium zusammen.
  • Sie betreuen die Webseite sowie die Social\-Media\-Kanäle.
  • Sie unterstützen die Präsidentin des Fachbereichs Agrarpolitik bei administrativen und organisatorischen Arbeiten.
  • Sie betreuen und unterstützen bei Bedarf Projekte.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung.
  • Affinität und Erfahrung in der Pflege von Webseiten und Social\-Media\-Kanälen sowie in der Erstellung von Inhalten.
  • Freude am Schreiben und ein Gespür für wirkungsvolle Kommunikation.
  • Selbständige, strukturierte, zuverlässige und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Interesse an den Anliegen und Themen der Frauen vom Land sowie an der Landwirtschaft.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office.
  • Stilsichere Deutsch\- und gute ösischkenntnisse.
