**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Gemeinsam mit deinen Teamkolleginnen und Teamkollegen bist du für das gesamte Room Management verantwortlich * Du empfängst und unterstützt unsere Patientinnen und Patienten beim Eintritt wie auch während des ganzen Aufenthaltes * Im Rahmen des Leistungsmanagements gehst du auf die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse unserer Patient/innen und deren Gäste ein und arbeitest dabei mit Pflege, Küche, Rezeption und Hauswirtschaft zusammen * Du bestellst Mahlzeiten nach medizinischen Richtlinien mittels elektronischem Bestellsystem Cuvos und servierst diese * Du bist für eine wohlfühlende Atmosphäre in den Zimmern zuständig und verantwortlich für die Zimmereinrichtung nach Versicherungsklassen * Für unsere Leistungen stellst du eine korrekte Verrechnung sicher

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Du hast Erfahrung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie * Du hast das „Gastgeber-Gen" in deiner DNA verankert * Eine hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie Zuverlässigkeit zeichnen dich aus * Du bist eine kommunikative, dienstleistungsorientierte, technikaffine und kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit * In einem dynamischen Umfeld fühlst du dich wohl und schätzt die Vorzüge von Wochenendeinsätzen sowie unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse setzen wir für diese Tätigkeit voraus, jede weitere Fremdsprache ist willkommen
