VOS TÂCHES

  • En collaboration avec vos collègues, vous êtes responsable de la gestion complète des chambres
  • Vous accueillez et accompagnez nos patientes et patients à leur arrivée ainsi que durant tout leur séjour
  • Dans le cadre de la gestion des prestations, vous répondez aux souhaits et besoins de nos patient(e)s et de leurs invités, en collaboration avec les soins, la cuisine, la réception et l-entretien ménager
  • Vous commandez les repas selon les directives médicales via le système de commande électronique Cuvos et les servez
  • Vous êtes responsable d-une atmosphère agréable dans les chambres et de l-aménagement des chambres selon les classes d-assurance
  • Vous assurez une facturation correcte de nos prestations

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Vous avez de l-expérience dans l-hôtellerie ou la gastronomie
  • Le "gène d-hôte" est ancré dans votre ADN
  • Vous vous distinguez par une grande compétence sociale et votre fiabilité
  • Vous êtes une personne communicative, orientée service, technophile et sociable
  • Vous vous sentez à l-aise dans un environnement dynamique et appréciez les avantages des interventions le week-end ainsi que des horaires irréguliers
  • De très bonnes connaissances en allemand sont requises pour cette activité, toute autre langue étrangère est la bienvenue
