Mitarbeiterin/Mitarbeiter Logistik Kasse ========================================

Die Kasse im Herzen von Bern ist für die Betreuung der Kassengeschäfte (Ausgabe und Rücknahme von Bargeld) mit Partnern der SNB verantwortlich. Über ihren Kundenschalter bedient sie das Bankpersonal. Zudem übernimmt sie den Umtausch von älteren Banknoten für das breite Publikum.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Mitarbeit bei der Ein\- und Auslieferung von Bargeld sowie logistischen Tätigkeiten; Mitverantwortung für die Werteverfügbarkeit und die Lagerbewirtschaftung;

* Ansprechperson für die fachliche, administrative und organisatorische Betreuung unserer Agenturen und Partner im Bargeldmarkt;

* Punktuelle administrative Aufgaben (z.B. mehrsprachige Korrespondenzführung, Erfassung von einfachen Buchungen usw.);

* Proaktive Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Dokumentationsprozessen;

* Mitarbeit in Arbeitsgruppen und Projekten, Erstattung von Berichten und Erstellung von Statistiken.

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Logistikfachmann/\-frau mit eidg. Fachausweis oder gleichwertige Ausbildung;

* Praxiserfahrung in SAP (vorzugsweise SAP EWM);

* Erfahrung in der Lagerbewirtschaftung;

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, insbesondere im Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen;

* Ausgezeichnete Kundenorientierung, Selbstständigkeit und Problemlösungsfähigkeit;

* Gute Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse (Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil).
