Du liebst Organisation und den Kontakt mit Menschen? Als Mitarbeiter/in Patientendisposition bist du die zentrale Drehscheibe im Spital und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft. Von der Koordination, Aufnahmen über Verlegungen bis zu den Austritten -- du behältst den Überblick und stellst sicher, dass Patient/innen sowie das medizinische Personal bestmöglich unterstützt werden.

**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Du stellst die bedarfsgerechte Betten-Planung für regulär eintretende Patientinnen und Patienten sowie Notfälle sicher * Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört weiter die Planung und Koordination des administrativen Eintrittsprozesses unserer Patientinnen und Patienten * Du bearbeitest professionell Fallaufnahmen und erteilst kompetent Auskünfte zu Spitaleintritten über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle * Die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit prägt deinen Alltag -- so arbeitest du mit den Stationen, dem Empfang, der OP-Disposition und verschiedenen Arztpraxen zusammen * Deine Arbeitszeiten liegen unter der Woche zwischen 07:00 und 17:00 Uhr, an ein bis zwei Wochenenden pro Monat und gelegentlich an Feiertagen zwischen 08:00 und 12:00 Uhr

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen oder in einem medizinischen Beruf und verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis für medizinische Zusammenhänge * Deine Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion im Gesundheitswesen ist von Vorteil * Idealerweise bist du bereits Berufsbildner/in oder hast Interesse daran, den Berufsbildner-Kurs zu absolvieren * Eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit hohem Organisationsgeschick und vernetzter Denkweise zeichnen dich aus * Du bist eine engagierte, freundliche und kundenorientierte Person, welche belastbar und flexibel ist * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab; Französischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
