  • Als Springer\*in begleiten Sie Kinder in verschiedenen Gruppen und erhalten dadurch einen vielseitigen und abwechslungsreichen Einblick in den Kita-Alltag unserer altersgemischten Betreuung 
  • Mit Ihrer wertschätzenden und aufmerksamen Art tragen Sie zu einer qualitativ hochwertigen Bildung, Betreuung und Erziehung bei, die sich an den individuellen Bedürfnissen der Kinder orientiert 
  • Die Kinder fördern Sie altersgerecht und greifen ihre Interessen und Stärken in der Gestaltung des Alltags auf 
  • Unsere vielfältigen Lern- und Spielumgebungen nutzen Sie, um den Kindern abwechslungsreiche Erfahrungen und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten zu bieten 
  • Durch gezielte Beobachtungen dokumentieren Sie die Bildungs- und Entwicklungsprozesse der Kinder und gestalten deren Portfolios mit 
  • Eine vertrauensvolle und professionelle Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern sowie dem gesamten Kita-Team rundet Ihr vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet ab

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Kinderbetreuung oder eine gleichwertige pädagogische Qualifikation 
  • Freude daran, unterschiedliche Kindergruppen kennenzulernen und sich flexibel in verschiedenen Teamsituationen einzubringen 
  • Motivierte, selbstständige und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit einer positiven Grundhaltung 
  • Naturverbundene und offene Art sowie Begeisterung für die Begleitung und Förderung von Kindern 
  • Interesse daran, Ihr Fachwissen in einem engagierten und professionellen Team einzubringen und weiterzuentwickeln 
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Freude an einem abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsalltag
