* Sie übernehmen gemeinsam mit dem bestehenden Schulleitungsteam die pädagogische, personelle, organisatorische und administrative Führung der Primarstufe Bubendorf. * Sie führen und begleiten Lehr- und Fachpersonen wertschätzend, verbindlich und lösungsorientiert. * Sie gestalten gemeinsam mit dem Team die Schulentwicklung und setzen Entwicklungsprozesse zielgerichtet und nachhaltig um. * Sie tragen Verantwortung für eine gute Zusammenarbeit mit Schülerinnen und Schülern, Erziehungsberechtigten, Lehrpersonen, Fachstellen, Schulrat und Gemeinde. * Sie sorgen für klare Strukturen, transparente Kommunikation und verlässliche Abläufe im Schulalltag. * Sie bringen sich aktiv in ein engagiertes Schulleitungsteam ein und übernehmen Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Schule.

**Ihr Hintergrund**

* Sie verfügen über ein Lehrdiplom für die Primarstufe und mehrjährige Unterrichtserfahrung. * Sie verfügen über eine anerkannte Schulleitungsausbildung oder sind bereit, diese berufsbegleitend zu absolvieren. * Sie sind eine kommunikative, empathische und führungsstarke Persönlichkeit und verstehen Führung als Kombination aus Beziehung, Klarheit und Verbindlichkeit. * Sie können unterschiedliche Perspektiven aufnehmen, Entscheidungen treffen und diese nachvollziehbar vertreten. * Sie verfügen über Freude an Schulentwicklung und bringen die Fähigkeit mit, Menschen für gemeinsame Ziele zu gewinnen. * Auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen bleiben Sie lösungsorientiert, reflektiert und professionell. * Sie schätzen die Zusammenarbeit in einem engagierten und erfahrenen Team und tragen zu einer offenen und wertschätzenden Schulkultur bei.

Die Schule Bubendorf wird im Rektorenmodell geführt. Die Rektorin beziehungsweise der Rektor trägt die Gesamtverantwortung für die pädagogische, personelle und organisatorische Führung der Schule. Gemeinsam mit der Schulleitung und weiteren Führungspersonen sorgt sie beziehungsweise er für eine zukunftsorientierte Weiterentwicklung der Schule.
