Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Durchführung und Qualität des Auflagemoduls Red Flags ( )
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Prüfungswesens (Die Prüfungen finden grösstenteils samstags statt)
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Leistungsnachweise
  • Dozent:innentätigkeit in verschiedenen Modulen, je nach Vorbildung (Der Unterricht findet wochentags und teilweise samstags statt)
  • Auswahl und Betreuung von Dozierenden
  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des MAS in Physician Associate Skills

Profil

Voraussetzung für diese verantwortungsvolle Position sind ein Hochschulabschluss in einem Gesundheitsberuf mit klinischem Schwerpunkt in der Medizin, vorzugsweise diplomierte:r Ärzt:in mit Berufserfahrung, sowie Erfahrung und Weiterbildung in Berufs\- und Hochschuldidaktik inklusive dem Prüfungswesen und Leistungsnachweisen. Wir suchen eine dienstleistungsorientierte, innovative Persönlichkeit, die Kundenkontakte schätzt und im Gesundheitswesen gut vernetzt ist. Sie haben Freude Ihr Fachwissen und Ihre Erfahrungen in der Medizin weiterzugeben. Sie besitzen Kommunikationsstärke, Eigenständigkeit und eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft. Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse zum Berufsbild Physician Associate sind von Vorteil. Sie können sich fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch (mind. Niveau B2\) mündlich und schriftlich ausdrücken, ösischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Ferner haben Sie Freude an anspruchsvollen Aufgaben in einem dynamischen Umfeld und arbeiten gerne in interprofessionellen Kontexten. Sie sind offen für Arbeit im rollenbasierten Führungsmodell des Instituts für Public Health.
