Per una realtà dinamica e in crescita, siamo alla ricerca di un/una IT Monitoring Specialist da inserire all’interno del team IT Operations.​ La persona sarà responsabile del monitoraggio dell’infrastruttura e dei servizi IT, con particolare focus sull'utilizzo di Splunk per l’analisi di log, eventi e anomalie, contribuendo a garantire la disponibilità, la stabilità e la continuità dei sistemi in un ambiente enterprise caratterizzato da elevati requisiti di affidabilità e sicurezza.

Il ruolo è particolarmente indicato per un professionista con esperienza in IT Monitoring, System Operations, NOC o Application Monitoring, abituato a lavorare con sistemi mission-critical e a gestire incidenti secondo procedure e SLA definiti.

Responsabilità principali

  • Monitorare costantemente sistemi, applicazioni, infrastrutture e servizi IT.
  • Utilizzare Splunk per la raccolta, ricerca e analisi di log ed eventi.
  • Identificare anomalie, errori, indisponibilità e potenziali criticità attraverso gli strumenti di monitoring.
  • Analizzare gli eventi e determinare la priorità degli incidenti.
  • Gestire gli incidenti di primo livello e procedere con le opportune escalation verso i team specialistici.
  • Collaborare alla diagnosi e alla risoluzione di problematiche tecniche.
  • Monitorare KPI, alert e soglie operative, contribuendo al miglioramento continuo delle attività di monitoring.
  • Gestire ticket e attività operative secondo processi ITIL e SLA concordati.
  • Supportare le attività di incident, problem e change management.
  • Contribuire alla creazione e all'ottimizzazione di dashboard, alert e report di monitoraggio in Splunk.
  • Collaborare con i team infrastrutturali, applicativi e di cybersecurity.
  • Documentare gli incidenti, le anomalie riscontrate e le attività di risoluzione.
  • Partecipare all'ottimizzazione dei processi di monitoring e alla prevenzione degli incidenti ricorrenti.

Requisiti

  • Esperienza professionale in ambito IT Monitoring, IT Operations, NOC, System Operations o Application Monitoring.
  • Esperienza pratica nell'utilizzo di Splunk.
  • Buona conoscenza dei concetti di log management, eventi, alert e monitoring.
  • Esperienza nella gestione e nel troubleshooting di incidenti IT.
  • Conoscenza delle metodologie ITIL e dei processi di Incident e Change Management.
  • Familiarità con sistemi di ticketing e gestione degli SLA.
  • Capacità di analizzare eventi e anomalie e di effettuare una prima diagnosi tecnica.
  • Buone capacità di problem solving e di gestione delle priorità.
  • Attitudine al lavoro in ambienti strutturati e ad alta criticità.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • La provenienza dal settore bancario o finanziario costituisce un vantaggio.

Costituiscono un plus

  • Conoscenza di SPL (Search Processing Language).
  • Esperienza nella creazione di dashboard e alert in Splunk.
  • Conoscenza di sistemi Windows/Linux.
  • Familiarità con database, middleware, applicazioni enterprise e infrastrutture IT complesse.
  • Esperienza in ambienti 24/7 o mission-critical.
  • Conoscenza di strumenti di monitoring complementari a Splunk.
  • Familiarità con tematiche di cybersecurity e SIEM.
