Du arbeitest gerne dort, wo am Schluss jedes Detail stimmen muss? Die Fuge sauber läuft, die Front perfekt sitzt und der Einbauschrank aussieht, als wäre er genau für diesen Raum gemacht worden?

Für ein renommiertes Unternehmen im hochwertigen Schreiner- und Innenausbau suchen wir erfahrene Montageschreiner:innen für eine langfristige Festanstellung.

Hier geht es nicht um einfache Serienmontage. Gesucht sind Schreiner:innen, die ihr Handwerk verstehen und Freude an hochwertigen Küchen, massgefertigten Einbaumöbeln und anspruchsvollen Innenausbauten haben.

Das Unternehmen legt grossen Wert darauf, seine Mitarbeitenden dort einzusetzen, wo ihre persönlichen Stärken liegen. Wer stark im Küchenbau ist, übernimmt Küchen. Wer seine Stärken bei Einbaumöbeln oder Abschlussarbeiten hat, wird genau in diesen Bereichen eingesetzt.

Jeder soll das machen können, was er am besten kann und was er gerne macht.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Montage von hochwertiger Küchen Einbauschränken und massgefertigten Möbeln
  • Montage von Verkleidungen, Blenden, Fronten und Schreinerbauteilen
  • Ausführen von Abschluss- und Fertigstellungsarbeiten
  • Selbstständiges Erkennen und Lösen von Montagedetails
  • Qualitätskontrolle der eigenen Arbeit bis zur fertigen Übergabe

Bei der Einsatzplanung wird darauf geachtet, dass deine Projekte in deiner Region liegen. Gleichzeitig stehen dir regionale Anlaufstellen zur Verfügung, bei denen du Material, Schrauben, Verbrauchsmaterial und weitere benötigte Komponenten selbstständig beziehen kannst.

Du erhältst deinen eigenen Montagebus sowie das komplette benötigte Werkzeug.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Ausbildung als Schreiner:in EFZ oder langjährige Erfahrung als Montageschreiner/in
  • Erfahrung im Küchenbau, Innenausbau oder bei Einbaumöbeln
  • Sicherer Umgang mit hochwertigen und sichtbaren Schreinerarbeiten
  • Du kannst auf der Baustelle selber messen, anpassen und Lösungen finden
  • Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten beim Kunden
  • Freude an langfristiger Zusammenarbeit
