Tâches ##

  • Self-dependent assembly and commissioning of complex devices.
  • Wiring and connecting electrical and electromechanical components.
  • Construction of control cabinets and electrical assemblies per plans.

Compétences ##

  • Completed training as an automation technician or similar.
  • Strong technical understanding of complex electromechanical systems.
  • Good knowledge of reading electrical and circuit diagrams.
  • Montage et mise en service indépendants d'appareils et de sous-ensembles complexes pour bioréacteurs
  • Câblage, raccordement et branchement de composants électriques, électroniques et électromécaniques (pré-montage et montage final)
  • Assemblage et montage d'armoires électriques, de commandes et de sous-ensembles électriques selon schémas électriques et documentations techniques
  • Réalisation de tests fonctionnels, de mesures et d'analyses systématiques des pannes
  • Amélioration continue des processus de montage
  • Collaboration étroite avec le département technologie et développement pour la mise en œuvre et l'évolution des produits
  • Retour d'expérience de montage et propositions d'amélioration aux départements technologie et ingénierie
  • Participation à la création et à l'optimisation des instructions de montage, des procédures de test et des documentations techniques
  • Soutien lors des prototypes, des montages d'essai et des modifications techniques
  • Assurer une haute qualité et le respect des délais de fabrication des produits
  • Respect des consignes de sécurité, de qualité et de documentation
  • Formation achevée en tant que monteur automatique CFC ou automaticien CFC
  • Expérience en montage, câblage et mise en service d'appareils ou d'installations
  • Bonne connaissance de la lecture de schémas électriques et de circuits
  • Compréhension technique et plaisir à travailler sur des systèmes électromécaniques complexes
  • Grand sens de la qualité et méthode de travail soignée
  • Travail autonome, structuré et orienté solutions
  • Bonnes connaissances écrites et orales en allemand et en anglais
