Pour l'un de nos clients de la Broye fribourgeoise, entreprise reconnue dans le domaine de la tôlerie industrielle, nous recherchons un :

Responsabilités

Vous assurez le montage, l'assemblage et l'ajustage de tôleries, capotages et sous-ensembles métalliques destinés principalement à l'industrie des machines. Véritable acteur de la phase finale avant expédition, vous garantissez la qualité des produits livrés tout en respectant les délais de production.

Vos responsabilités

  • Lecture de plans et préparation des composants nécessaires au montage
  • Assemblage de sous-ensembles métalliques et de tôlerie industrielle
  • Montage des éléments de finition : charnières, poignées, serrures, joints, vitrages, etc.
  • Contrôle qualité des assemblages et réalisation des ajustages nécessaires
  • Réalisation de travaux de perçage, taraudage, rivetage, ébavurage et autres opérations d'atelier
  • Identification et résolution des problèmes techniques rencontrés lors du montage
  • Préparation des ensembles terminés pour l'expédition
  • Interventions ponctuelles de réparation ou de dépannage chez les clients

Profil

  • Etre établi et habiter la région de la Broye ou à MAXIMUM 1/2 heure de Payerne et environs
  • Formation technique de type constructeur métallique, serrurier, métallier, mécanicien de production, tôlier, monteur industriel ou formation équivalente
  • Une solide expérience pratique peut compenser une formation différente
  • Bonne lecture des plans techniques
  • Aisance avec l'outillage manuel et électroportatif
  • Bon sens pratique et aptitude à trouver des solutions techniques simples et efficaces
  • Personne autonome, polyvalente et organisée
  • Souci du détail et de la qualité du travail fourni
  • Permis de conduire indispensable
