MPA EFZ oder Arztsekretärin für die Disposition Pflege und Betreuung 40 \\- 50%, Emmen \\DEINE AUFGABEN:\\ \* Du rechnest ärztliche Leistungen fachgerecht ab und arbeitest idealerweise bereits mit TARDOC. \* Du richtest Wochenmedikationen sorgfältig und verantwortungsbewusst. \* Du bewirtschaftest die Apotheke und stellst die rechtzeitige Bestellung von Medikamenten sicher. \* Du koordinierst die Materialbestellungen und behältst die Lagerbestände im Blick. \* Du übernimmst vielseitige administrative Aufgaben und unterstützt einen reibungslosen Ablauf. \* Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Heimärztin, der APN/PEX und den Pflegeabteilungen zusammen. \* Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Abläufe und Prozesse ein. \\DEIN PROFIL:\\ \* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Praxisassistentin EFZ oder Arztsekretärin \* Erfahrung in der Abrechnung ärztlicher Leistungen; Kenntnisse in TARDOC sind von Vorteil \* Sicherer Umgang mit Medikamenten und Erfahrung im Richten von Wochenmedikationen \* Erfahrung in der Apothekenbewirtschaftung, Medikamentenbestellung und Materiallogistik \* Gute administrative Fähigkeiten und Sicherheit im Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln \* Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss \\Bereit für eine Aufgabe mit Verantwortung und Wirkung?\\ Bei uns erwartet dich eine abwechslungsreiche Position, in der deine Fachkompetenz und dein Organisationstalent gefragt sind.
