Das Spital Nidwalden ist ein modernes Akutspital mit 90 Betten, rund 600 engagierten Mitarbeitenden und ist für die erweiterte Grundversorgung verantwortlich. Für unser Team suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine aufgestellte Persönlichkeit als

MPA oder Arztsekretär/\-in Sekretariat Klinik Anästhesie, Intensiv\- und Schmerzmedizin 50% =============================================================================================

MPA oder Arztsekretär/\-in Sekretariat Klinik Anästhesie, Intensiv\- und Schmerzmedizin 50%

  • Sie planen und organisieren Sprechstunden und übernehmen den Empfang
  • Sie telefonieren mit Patient/\-innen und zuweisenden Ärzt/\-innen und erteilen kompetent Auskunft
  • Sie erledigen diverse administrative Aufgaben (Post, Mails, Erfassung und Mutationen in EDV\-Systemen, Versicherungsanfragen, Controlling und Versand der Berichte)
  • Sie führen EKG's und Blutentnahmen durch
  • Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung als MPA oder bringen eine kaufmännische oder medizinische Berufsbildung mit Weiterbildung zur/zum Arzt\- und Spitalsekretär/\-in mit
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute und stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Sie sind eine dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die Prioritäten setzen kann und den Überblick bewahrt sowie selbständig und qualitätsbewusst arbeitet
  • Ein wertschätzender und empathischer Umgang untereinander und mit unseren Patient/\-innen liegt Ihnen am Herzen
