Die Heilsarmee Schweiz ist eine Kirche und soziale Non\-Profit\-Organisation und bietet Menschen in herausfordernden Lebenslagen unkomplizierte Unterstütz ung. Im Auftrag der Stadt Bern bietet sie in Kollektivunterkünften Plätze an für Menschen aus dem Asyl\- und Flüchtlingsbereich. Die Kollektivunter kunft (KU) Tiefenau bietet Plätze für 492 geflüchtete Menschen. Ihre Aufgaben

* Schalterdienst während der und am Wochenende und an Feiertagen * Bedienen des Telefons und der Brandmeldeanlage * Zentrale Ansprechperson für die Bewohnenden * Betreuung und Unterstützung der Bewohnenden bei alltäglichen Anliegen * Sicherstellung von Ruhe, Ordnung und Sicherheit in der Unterkunft * Erkennen und angemessenes Handeln bei Notfällen und Krisensituationen * Bei Bedarf Alarmierung von Polizei, Feuerwehr oder Rettungsdienst * Vermitteln und Durchsetzten der Hausordnung sowie Dokumentation relevanter Vorkommnisse * Kontrollen von Putzarbeiten am Abend und am Wochenende * Ausführen von Aufträgen vom Tagesteam * Präsenz\- und Kontrollrundgänge sowie Besucherkontrollen und Wegweisung nach Ablauf der Besuchszeiten * Sicherstellen der Einhaltung des internen Sicherheits\- und Evakuationskonzepts * Sorgfältige Übergabe und Dokumentation wichtiger Informationen Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Erfahrung in dieser Position * Gute Deutschkenntnisse, andere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil * Transkulturelle Kommunikationsfähigkeit * IT Kenntnisse MS Office * Nothelferkurs oder Refresher, nicht älter als 2 Jahre * Flexibel, belastbar und dienstleistungsorientiert * Einhaltung des Datenschutzes * Erfahrung mit Krisensituationen sowie mit den Themen Gewalt und Traumatisierung * Auch in hektischen Zeiten mit Humor und kühlem unterwegs * Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten * Unproblematischer Strafregisterauszug * Mindestalter 25 Jahre Das bieten wir Ihnen
