Der Schweizer \-Fachverband SFF ist die zentrale Branchen\- und Berufsorganisation der Schweizer Fleischwirtschaft. Er vertritt die Interessen seiner Mitglieder und des Metzgereigewerbes gegenüber Politik, Behörden, Sozialpartnern und der Öffentlichkeit.

Per 1\.3\.2027 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine engagierte, kommunikative und selbständige Persönlichkeit als Nachwuchsrekrutierer. Die Tätigkeit ist stark aussendienstorientiert und führt Sie schweizweit zu Ausbildungsbetrieben, Schulen, Berufsmessen und weiteren Nachwuchsaktivitäten.

Nachwuchsrekrutierer (50 %) (m/w)

Hauptaufgaben • Rekrutierung und Förderung von Jugendlichen, Quereinsteigenden und weiteren Zielgruppen für die Berufe der Schweizer Fleischwirtschaft • Organisation und Betreuung von Auftritten an Berufsmessen, Informationsveranstaltungen und weiteren Jugend\- und Nachwuchsanlässen • Aufbau und Pflege von Kontakten zu Schulen, Jugendlichen, Eltern, Berufsberatern und weiteren relevanten Netzwerkpartnern • Beratung und Begleitung von Unternehmen in Fragen der beruflichen Grundbildung sowie bei der Gewinnung von Lernenden • Zusammenarbeit mit den Regionalverbänden bei Aktivitäten zur Nachwuchsförderung • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Instrumenten und Massnahmen zur Nachwuchswerbung • Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Social\-Media\-Beiträgen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Kommunikation

Anforderungsprofil • Abgeschlossene Berufsprüfung Betriebsleiter Fleischwirtschaft oder Lebensmitteltechnologe • Freude am Umgang mit Jugendlichen und daran, Menschen für einen Beruf zu begeistern • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Netzwerkfähigkeiten • Selbständige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise • Sicheres Auftreten sowie hohe Dienstleistungs\- und Kundenorientierung • Flexibilität für schweizweite Ausseneinsätze sowie gelegentliche Abend\- und Wochenendeinsätze an Veranstaltungen • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS\-Office\-Programme • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Von Vorteil • Weiterbildung in Berufsbildung, Beratung, Verkauf oder Marketing • Erfahrung in der Nachwuchsförderung oder Berufsbildung • Kenntnisse der Schweizer Fleischwirtschaft und ihrer Berufsbildung • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Social Media und digitalen Kommunikationskanälen • Bestehendes Netzwerk in der Branche oder im Bildungsumfeld • ösisch\- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
