The posting

Afternoon Nanny Position Available

Monday - Friday 4pm-8pm

The family are seeking a dedicated and caring nanny to help take care for their young child in a warm and friendly home environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a genuine passion for their development and well-being.

Job Responsibilities:

- Arrival and Preparation: Arrive at the family home by 4:00 PM. Upon arrival, you will prepare a nutritious meal for the child.

- Childcare: At 5:00 PM, pick up the child from the nearby daycare.

- Feeding and Bathing: Once home, you will feed the child, making mealtimes enjoyable and interactive. Depending on the day's events, you may also assist with giving the child a bath, ensuring they are clean, comfortable, and ready for bedtime.

- Evening Transition: Around 7:00 PM, either the father or mother will return home.

- Clean-Up Duties: Before the end of your shift, the famiuly ask that you dedicate some time to tidying up the kitchen and the child’s room.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience ideally in a Kita or school.
  • Strong communication skills and a nurturing demeanor
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask
  • Willingness to engage in play and educational activities with the child
  • First aid and CPR certification
