Zusammen mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen bist du Ansprechpartner/in für unsere externen Kunden wie auch für unser technischen und fachlichen 3rd-Level Support. Das sind deine Aufgaben ##

  • Mündliche und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung im Support von Banken, Notaren und Grundbuchämter
  • Voranalysieren von Störungsmeldungen und Fragen sowie Beheben einfacher Störungen
  • Neue sowie bestehende Kunden vor Ort oder Online schulen
  • Erstellung und Pflege der Benutzeranleitungen und Webinare

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Notariats-, Grundbuch-, oder Hypothekarwesen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse - Französisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil
  • Kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, strukturierte Vorgehensweise, sowie selbständiges Erledigen der zugeteilten Aufgaben 
  • Technisches Flair und Verständnis für IT-Applikationen, Erfahrung im IT-Support ist ein Plus
