Die Stadelmann Advokatur \& Notariat AG ist ein etabliertes Anwalts\- und Notariatsbüro mit 25 Mitar\-beitenden mit Hauptsitz in Luzern und Zweigbüros in Willisau und Ruswil. Unsere Kerngebiete sind das Bau\- und Immobilienrecht, Erbrecht, Arbeitsrecht, Gesellschafts\- und Vertragsrecht sowie sämtliche notariellen Dienstleistungen.

Für unser sechsköpfiges Team im Zweigbüro Willisau suchen wir eine motivierte, zuverlässige und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als

Notar / Notarin, 50 \- 100 %, Arbeitsbeginn nach Vereinbarung

Ihre Aufgabenbereiche

  • Redaktion und öffentliche Beurkundung von Verträgen und Beschlüssen
  • Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden in allen notariellen Bereichen
  • Abwicklung von Willensvollstreckungen und Erbteilungen
  • Bei Interesse Halten von externen Referaten zum Thema Nachlassplanung
  • Durchführung interner Weiterbildungen
  • Teambezogene Projektarbeit

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Anwaltspatent
  • Notariatspatent des Kantons Luzern bzw. in Notariatsausbildung mit zeitnahem Abschluss
  • Interesse am Immobilienrecht, Erbrecht und Gesellschaftsrecht
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe
  • Überdurchschnittliches juristisches Wissen
  • Sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit
  • Selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
