In den Zürcher Notariaten setzen sich rund 650 Mitarbeitende für die Anliegen der Kundinnen und Kunden ein und legen grossen Wert auf Qualität, Diskretion und Kundenorientierung. Alle 44 Notariate im Kanton Zürich sind auch Grundbuch- und Konkursämter und gehören organisatorisch zur Zürcher Rechtspflege. Gesucht wird per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung ein/e

Ihr Aufgabengebiet ###

Sie arbeiten in einem motivierten und hilfsbereiten Team in kollegialer Arbeitsatmosphäre. Das Erstellen und die Überprüfung von Verträgen im Bereich des Sachenrechts (wie Kauf-, Dienstbarkeits- und Pfandverträgen) gehört ebenso zu Ihrem Arbeitsalltag wie die Beratung der Kundinnen und Kunden. Nach Möglichkeit leisten Sie Mithilfe bei der Bearbeitung von Konkursverfahren sowie bei Geschäften aus dem Ehe- / Erb- und Gesellschaftsrecht. Die Mithilfe bei der Telefon- und Schalterbedienung sowie weitere Aufgaben im Notariats-, Grundbuch- und Konkursbereich ergänzen Ihr abwechslungsreiches Aufgabenprofil. 

Was Sie mitbringen ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Kaufmann/-frau EFZ
  • Exakte, zuverlässige, selbstständige sowie speditive Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Professionelles Auftreten und Verschwiegenheit
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, freundliche sowie zuvorkommende Wesensart
