Reha-Medizin auf 1560 Metern, mit einer Abteilung, die es so in dieser Form kein zweites Mal in der Schweiz gibt. Im Kanton Graubünden, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Oberärztin oder einen Oberarzt Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie im Pensum von 50 - 100 %. Sie erwartet ein interdisziplinäres Rehabilitationszentrum mit universitärer Anbindung, das Kinder, Jugendliche und ihre Familien ganzheitlich begleitet - medizinisch, psychologisch, pädagogisch und menschlich.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Sie übernehmen Verantwortung im multiprofessionellen Team und prägen die fachliche wie organisatorische Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung aktiv mit
  • Sie betreuen Kinder und Jugendliche mit psychosomatischen Beschwerden und erstellen individuelle Behandlungspläne
  • Sie führen einfühlsame Einzel- und Familiengespräche
  • Sie arbeiten eng vernetzt mit Fachpersonen aus Psychologie, Pädiatrie, Pflege und Pädagogik zusammen
  • Sie begleiten jüngere Kolleg*innen, gestalten Fallbesprechungen mit und tragen zur Qualitätssicherung bei
  • Sie bringen sich in konzeptionelle Fragen ein, mit Perspektive auf eine mittelfristig leitende Funktion

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Anerkannter Facharzttitel in Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie und -psychotherapie (FMH oder äquivalent), gerne auch kurz vor Abschluss
  • Mehrjährige klinische Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und ihren Familien, idealerweise im psychosomatischen oder rehabilitativen Setting
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Fallbesprechungen mitzugestalten
