Deine Aufgaben

  • Operative Verantwortung über die Support\-Dienstleistungen in einem Kundenmandat (qualitativ, finanziell und personell)
  • Fachliche Hilfestellung und Support zu Mandatsleiter
  • Führung, Förderung und kontinuierliche Entwicklung eines Teams von 2\-3 Mitarbeitenden
  • Pflege eines ständigen Kundenkontaktes und Ansprechpartner für fachtechnische Fragen
  • Verantwortung über unsere Support\-Services und Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochstehenden Dienstleistung sowie Einhaltung der Hygienerichtlinien
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen sowie Coaching und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Bereichen
  • Planung, Organisation, Koordination, Überwachung und Optimierung aller Arbeitsabläufe
  • Selbständige Rekrutierung neuer Arbeitskräfte
  • Verwaltung von Material\-, Maschinen\- und Gerätebestellungen
  • Administrative Aufgaben

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung im Bereich HLKKSE sowie gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Facility Management o.ä.
  • Abgeschlossene SIBE\-sowie Sprinklerwart Ausbildung
  • Kenntnisse von Sicherheits\-Anlagen (MRWA, RDA, Intrusion, BMA usw.)
  • Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • Ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung und Hands\-On\-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zwingend
  • Menschliche, kommunikative und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Organisation und Koordination
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise mit dem nötigen Rundumblick
  • Gute MS Office\-Anwenderkenntnisse
