Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche operative, qualitative und finanzielle Steuerung eines Spitalmandats
  • Erste Ansprechperson für den Kunden vor Ort sowie verantwortlich für Kundenmeetings, Begehungen und Reklamationsmanagement
  • Führung von ca. 4 direkt unterstellten Mitarbeiter\*innen und Gesamtverantwortung für rund 60 Reinigungsfachkräfte, sowie verantwortlich für die Rekrutierung von Fachpersonal
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten, qualitativ hochstehenden Dienstleistungserbringung durch regelmässige Qualitäts\- und Hygienekontrollen und gezielte Steuerung von Mitarbeitenden, Prozessen und Ressourcen
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Arbeitsstunden der Mitarbeitenden sowie der Materialkosten
  • Verantwortung der monatlichen Monatsabschlüssen und objektbezogenen Controlling\- Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung sämtlicher operativer Abläufe in Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Schnittstellen
  • Nutzung moderner digitaler Planungstools und Qualitätssysteme zur Steuerung von Ressourcen, Leistungen und Qualitätskontrollen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Facility Management, Hauswirtschaft, Hotellerie oder Reinigung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen, idealerweise in einem Spital oder einer vergleichbaren dienstleistungsorientierten Organisation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer operativen Führungsfunktion mit Personal\-, Qualitäts\- und Kundenverantwortung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung operativer Abläufe
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge sowie Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Personalstunden, Materialkosten und relevanten Kennzahlen
  • Menschliche, kommunikative und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Organisation und Koordination
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung und Selbständigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • MS Office\-Anwenderkenntnisse
