  • Du begeisterst unsere Kundschaft mit einer erstklassigen Beratung und Betreuung, immer im Einklang mit den Odlo\-Richtlinien.
  • Du packst mit an: Von der Warenannahme bis zur ansprechenden Präsentation im Store, du sorgst dafür, dass alles seinen hat.
  • Du hast die Verkaufsziele im Blick und trägst aktiv dazu bei, diese zu erreichen.
  • Du unterstützt den Store Manager bei den täglichen Abläufen, teilst wichtige Insights wie Umsatzzahlen und bringst frische Ideen ein.
  • Du machst den Store zu einem echten Hingucker: einladend, übersichtlich und immer top organisiert.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren internen Teams wie Customer Service und Visual Merchandising zusammen, um ein nahtloses Einkaufserlebnis zu schaffen.
  • Du setzt die Odlo\-Visual\-Merchandising\-Standards um und bringst Promotionen sowie interne Vorgaben mit Leichtigkeit in den Store\-Alltag ein.
  • Du lebst die Odlo\-Werte und inspirierst damit nicht nur dein Team, sondern auch unsere Kundschaft.

  • Du bist eine dynamische, zuverlässige und flexible Persönlichkeit, die gerne in einem flexiblen Umfeld arbeitet.
  • Mehrheitliche Einsätze am Samstag sind für dich kein Problem.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits praktische Erfahrungen in der Sport\- oder Textilbranche gesammelt.
  • Dein sportliches und gepflegtes Auftreten spiegelt deine Leidenschaft für die Branche wider.
  • Mit deiner positiven Ausstrahlung begeisterst du Kunden und Kollegen gleichermaßen.
  • Du verfügst über gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
