Pour notre atelier de revêtement certifié Qualicoat, nous recherchons une personne expérimentée souhaitant travailler en équipe de 2 postes.

Vos tâches ##

  • Opérer de manière autonome le centre de poudrage et la cabine manuelle
  • Contrôler la couleur, le degré de séchage ainsi que suspendre correctement les pièces avant le revêtement
  • Préparer l'installation de poudrage avec la poudre et les réglages appropriés
  • Revêtir en respectant les épaisseurs de couche correctes et en optimisant la consommation de poudre
  • Contrôler en continu le revêtement et corriger si nécessaire avec le pistolet manuel
  • Choisir le programme de changement de couleur adéquat pour les fours de cuisson
  • Rendre compte de la consommation de poudre et ranger la poudre en stock
  • Effectuer le nettoyage et l'entretien dans le domaine du poudrage selon les directives
  • Aider si besoin aux stations de suspension/dépose

Votre profil ##

* Expérience professionnelle en poudrage * Habileté manuelle * Esprit d'équipe * Disponibilité pour un travail en 2 équipes, exceptionnellement 3 équipes * Bonne maîtrise de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit (au moins B1) * Connaissances informatiques * Autonome, flexible, fiable et résistant au stress * Permis de conduire personnel indispensable pour le travail en équipe (équipe du matin 05:00 - 14:00, équipe de l-après-midi 14:00 - 23:00, exceptionnellement équipe de nuit 23:00 - 05:00)
