Responsabilités principales :

  • Assurer l'ébavurage, la terminaison, le lavage, l'adoucissage et le conditionnement des pièces, principalement sur de petits composants horlogers avec soin et précision, selon les exigences de qualité de haute horlogerie
  • Assurer, ponctuellement selon les besoins de la production, le chargement et le déchargement des machines CNC
  • Effectuer les contrôles en cours de production à l'aide des appareils de mesure
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de production et de qualité

Profil ###

Profil souhaité :

  • Expérience indispensable dans l'ébavurage et la finition de petits composants horlogers
  • Expérience confirmée dans la production de petites pièces horlogères est impérative
  • Expérience dans le contrôle au binoculaire ou/et loupe
  • Excellente dextérité, minutie et sens du détail et excellente vue
  • Expérience dans le chargement et la conduite de machines CNC = un atout
  • Connaissance des appareils de mesure tels que Marcel Aubert et Mitutoyo = un atout
  • Expérience dans le sablage et polissage = un atout
  • Rigoureux/se, autonome, responsable, indépendant/e et fiable
