Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons un(e) opérateur(trice) en fraisage souhaitant rejoindre une entreprise à taille humaine et évoluer dans un environnement de travail agréable.

Opérateur fraisage

Vos missions :

1\. Production

  • Effectuer les opérations de fraisage sur les masses oscillantes.
  • Assurer la conformité aux spécifications techniques et aux normes de qualité établies.
  • Identifier et signaler les défauts de fabrication ou les irrégularités.

2\. Contrôle qualité

  • Effectuer des contrôles de qualité réguliers sur les produits finis pour garantir leur précision et leur fonctionnalité.
  • Documenter et signaler tout problème de qualité ou de non\-conformité.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe de contrôle qualité pour résoudre les problèmes et améliorer les processus.

3\. Maintenance de l’équipement

  • Assurer le bon fonctionnement et la propreté des équipements.
  • Effectuer des opérations de maintenance préventive selon les besoins.
  • Signaler les pannes ou les dysfonctionnements à l'équipe de maintenance.

4\. Collaboration en équipe

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe de production pour atteindre les objectifs de production.
  • Communiquer efficacement les informations pertinentes concernant le processus de production et les exigences de qualité.
  • Participer activement aux réunions d'équipe et contribuer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue.

Votre profil :

  • Expérience préalable dans un environnement de production ou de fabrication.
  • Être à l’aise avec l’utilisation de Fraiseuse CN Willemin Macodel.
  • Connaissance des techniques de fraisage.
  • Capacité à utiliser divers outils et équipements de fraisage de manière sécurisée et efficace.
  • Compréhension des spécifications techniques et des normes de qualité.
  • Souci du détail et engagement envers la qualité du produit final.
  • Aptitude à travailler efficacement en équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de production.
  • Capacité à gérer efficacement son temps pour respecter les délais de production.
