Pour le compte de l'un de nos partenaires actif dans le domaine de la mécanique de précision, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Opérateur\-régleur en tournage conventionnel (H/F).

Vos futures responsabilités

* Vous préparerez, réglerez et mettrez en production les tours conventionnels.

* Vous réaliserez les différentes opérations de tournage conformément aux plans et aux exigences techniques.

* Vous effectuerez les changements de séries, les changements d'outils ainsi que les différents réglages nécessaires à la production.

* Vous lirez et interpréterez les plans techniques et les documents de fabrication.

* Vous contrôlerez les premières pièces ainsi que la production à l'aide des différents instruments de mesure.

* Vous effectuerez les corrections et ajustements nécessaires afin de garantir la conformité dimensionnelle des pièces.

* Vous assurerez le suivi de la production en veillant au respect des critères de qualité.

* Vous réaliserez les contrôles dimensionnels et visuels des pièces usinées.

* Vous assurerez l'entretien courant et la maintenance de premier niveau des équipements.

* Vous travaillerez de manière autonome tout en respectant les procédures, les standards qualité et les consignes de sécurité.

Votre profil

* Vous possédez une solide expérience dans le tournage conventionnel.

* Vous justifiez idéalement de 15 à 20 années d'expérience ou davantage dans le domaine de l'usinage, de la mécanique ou de la mécanique de précision.

* Vous disposez d'une excellente maîtrise du réglage et de la mise en train de tours conventionnels.

* Vous êtes parfaitement autonome dans la réalisation de pièces mécaniques.

* Vous maîtrisez la lecture et l'interprétation de plans techniques.

* Vous êtes à l'aise avec l'utilisation des différents instruments de mesure et de contrôle dimensionnel.

* Vous êtes capable d'identifier les écarts de production et d'effectuer les corrections nécessaires.

* Vous possédez un excellent savoir\-faire technique acquis grâce à plusieurs années d'expérience dans le domaine.

* Vous êtes reconnu pour votre précision, votre rigueur et votre sens des responsabilités.

* Vous êtes une personne autonome, fiable, soigneuse et méthodique.

* Vous appréciez le travail de précision et êtes particulièrement attentif à la qualité des pièces réalisées.

* Nous recherchons principalement un profil senior et très expérimenté, disposant d'une excellente maîtrise du tournage conventionnel.
