CE QUE VOUS FEREZ :

  • Réceptionner, contrôler et analyser la qualité des produits laitiers selon les procédures en vigueur
  • Conduire les équipements de production (démarrage, réglages, arrêt) et réaliser les opérations de fabrication dans le respect des standards
  • Surveiller le bon déroulement du processus de production, détecter les anomalies et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires
  • Effectuer les autocontrôles, les prélèvements requis et assurer l’enregistrement des données de production et de traçabilité
  • Participer à la résolution des problèmes de production et réaliser les interventions de maintenance de premier niveau selon les habilitations
  • Signaler toute non\-conformité ou dysfonctionnement et contribuer activement à l’amélioration continue des procédés et des produits
  • Respecter strictement les normes de qualité, de sécurité alimentaire, d’hygiène et les consignes de sécurité, tout en participant à la vie et aux projets de l’équipe

CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ :

  • CFC de technologue du lait ou formation équivalente dans le domaine laitier
  • Expérience confirmée en fromagerie, laiterie ou industrie agroalimentaire. Connaissance pratiques et théoriques de la fabrication des produits laitières avec des compétences dans l'utilisation d'installations automatisées
  • Bonne maitrise du français à un niveau permettant une communication fluide
  • Adopter une rigueur exemplaire en matière d’hygiène – la propreté est une priorité absolue
  • Faire preuve de flexibilité pour travailler en équipes selon les horaires définis, tout en démontrant un sens des responsabilités, un esprit d’équipe et une bonne gestion du stress
