Compiti:

  • manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria del vivaio, giardini, aiuole, alberature e aree verdi; esecuzione di lavori di piantagione, potatura, raccolta e gestione semi, irrigazione e cura delle essenze vegetali
  • produzione e gestione di materiale vivaistico
  • utilizzo e manutenzione ordinaria di macchinari, attrezzature e veicoli di servizio; gestione della piazza di compostaggio e delle aree di raccolta degli scarti vegetali
  • controllo della corretta separazione e conferimento dei materiali compostabili
  • monitoraggio dei processi di compostaggio e mantenimento dell'ordine e della sicurezza dell'impianto
  • assistenza e informazione all'utenza; compilazione di registri, rapporti di attività e documentazione tecnica
  • collaborazione con il responsabile del servizio e con gli altri operatori comunali
  • formazione, accompagnamento e supervisione degli apprendisti del settore giardinaggio
  • pianificazione e monitoraggio del percorso formativo in collaborazione con le autorità competenti e le scuole professionali
  • valutazione periodica delle competenze professionali degli apprendisti
  • promozione del rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e delle buone pratiche professionali durante la formazione

Requisiti:

  • attestato federale di capacità (AFC) quale giardiniere/a o selvicoltore/trice
  • licenza di condurre cat. B (il possesso della patente per i carrelli elevatori e la licenza di condurre cat. BE e C possono costituire titolo preferenziale)
  • provata esperienza nei lavori di vivaismo e di gestione degli scarti vegetali
  • esperienza con l'utilizzo di prodotti fitosanitari (con patentino utilizzo prodotti fitosanitari o da ottenere)
  • attitudine a svolgere lavori manuali di manutenzione agli attrezzi e alle macchine in dotazione
  • esperienza nella gestione e formazione di apprendisti. Abilitazione quale formatore/trice in azienda oppure disponibilità a conseguirla entro un termine concordato
  • comprovata professionalità e condotta irreprensibile
  • buona costituzione fisica, flessibilità, disponibilità a ritmi di lavoro elevati e irregolari
  • spirito d'iniziativa, capacità di adattamento e buona predisposizione al lavoro di squadra
  • disponibilità ad assumere ruoli di responsabilità
  • disponibilità a frequentare corsi di formazione e di aggiornamento professionale
  • buona conoscenza della realtà cantonale ticinese
